Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific in Massachusetts is seeking an Operations Finance Analyst to partner with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency at the Wardhill site and across the division. You will deliver clear insights to support production, supply chain, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in accounting or finance, 3+ years in FP&A or Controlling within manufacturing, advanced Excel and Power BI

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
3+ years of FP&A or Controlling experience in manufacturing.
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for LCD division with visuals and commentary.
Own division monthly business reviews and slide decks for operations and finance.
Contribute to annual budgeting with scenario modeling.
Partner with operations to build data-driven narratives at site and division.
Lead CAPEX reporting for site and division and monitor productivity savings.
