Job summary
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. in Massachusetts seeks a Senior Financial Analyst for the Industrial Business Unit to own the forecast process, drive financial rigor, and support the integration of systems and processes across functions.
You will partner with Product Management, Supply Chain, and Operations Finance to model deals, analyze revenue and pricing, and present insights to senior leadership to guide strategic investments and margin improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of business and Finance experience.
- Experience in a large global company in a matrixed organization.
- Ability to translate business decisions into financial implications.
Responsibilities
- Own the forecast process for the Industrial business across monthly/quarterly cycles.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Supply Chain to translate operations into Revenue Forecasting.
- Prepare and deliver financial management reports with variance analysis.
- Present insights to senior leadership to support strategic decisions.
- Develop deal models and pricing governance to improve margins.
