Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Analyst in Financial Planning and Analysis to support the Specialty Surgery division. You will build financial models, analyze budgets, prepare variance reports and partner with leaders to drive strategic planning and the monthly close.

Key duties include coordinating incentive compensation plans with sales, calculating run rates, and identifying trends; supporting annual budgets and forecasts; and delivering weekly to quarterly leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or Budgeting.
• Strong Excel skills and financial modeling capability.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Experience with multidimensional databases such as Hyperion, BPC, or OneStream preferred.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Cognos, or Oracle a plus.
