Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Financial Analyst in Indianapolis to deliver strategic financial analysis and support forecasting and budgeting processes. You will build models, perform variance analysis, and prepare dashboards for senior management.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years FP&A experience, a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics, and advanced Excel skills with Power BI or Tableau. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Master's degree or CFA/CPA is a plus.
• 1–3 years of FP&A experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic analysis to senior management.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards.
• Conduct variance, profitability, and trend analyses.
• Gather and interpret financial data from multiple sources.
• Collaborate with business units on financial needs.
• Identify and implement process improvements in reporting.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and special projects.
