Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university in accounting, finance, or economics.
• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance (financial services experience preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SQL and BI experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and the big picture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Self-directed with high analytical initiative to ask questions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems within ACA with focus on improving CFO processes.
• Partner with departments regarding performance metrics and efficiencies.
• Create sophisticated financial models for capital planning and forecasting.
• Evaluate impacts of new business opportunities aligned with ACA’s financial goals.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses requested by Management.
• Maintain and enhance routine financial reporting.
• Other tasks as assigned.
