First American is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Finance team. You will handle financial reporting, forecasting support, and ad hoc analyses to inform management decisions.

The role requires solid Excel skills and a deep understanding of GAAP relationships among the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of related experience, with preference for FP&A or corporate finance backgrounds and an MBA/CPA being beneficial but not

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in a corporate FP&A, financial reporting, or similar analytical environment is preferred.
• MBA, CPA, or other advanced degree or professional certification is beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, maintain, and deliver recurring monthly and quarterly financial reports, analyses, and management presentations.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends, variances, risks, and drivers.
• Support forecasting and planning activities by analyzing historical results and current trends.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Review and audit Excel models to validate calculations and improve accuracy.
• Perform ad hoc analyses in response to management requests.
• Serve as a Finance resource to business partners and operating divisions.
• Conduct quarterly financial reviews to support earnings processes.
