Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of FP&A or related experience.
• Strong Excel, BI tools, and SQL/Python skills.
• Understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare budgets and re-forecasts for corporate functions/business units.
• Management Reporting: Produce monthly/quarterly reports and explain variances.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze revenue, expenses, headcount, KPIs; support ad hoc analyses.
• Corporate Support: Partner with Accounting on month-end close and prepare exec materials.
