Formación
- Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
- Experience supporting partners in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling.
Responsabilidades
- Develop monthly forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning for operating expenses.
- Partner with leaders to understand trends, risks, and opportunities; communicate insights.
- Lead month-end close and financial reporting with accurate variance analysis.
- Provide financial advisory support and ROI analyses for initiatives.
