The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule (1 in-office day/week) and typical hours 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with potential overtime. Collaboration across departments is essential for success and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of financial and/or accounting experience.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience.
• Experience owning/managing financial models and process improvement.
• Able to communicate and present complex data to leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, X-Lookups, Power Query).
• Full-time availability, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm; occasional overtime.

Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end and quarter-end performance reports with variance analysis and projections.
• Collaborate with Accounting to validate results and ensure accurate month-end close.
• Analyze trends to identify drivers of variances and update forward-looking expectations.
• Present financial results to senior leadership and translate data for diverse audiences.
• Lead analyses of metrics and develop quantitative measures to support decisions.
• Forecasting and budgeting: manage cycles, develop insights, and consolidate outputs.
• Handle ad hoc analyses related to the Risk-Bearing Entity business model.
