YETI is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A for North America Amazon and Marketplace sales from our Austin, TX headquarters. You will partner across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, and Accounting to forecast, analyze, and drive profitable growth for one of YETI's fastest-growing channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, or similar analytical role
• Experience supporting eCommerce, Amazon, Marketplace, Retail, or Consumer Products businesses
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with SAP, Tableau, Power BI, SQL or similar data/reporting platforms

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key Finance partner supporting forecasting processes for North America Amazon and Marketplace channels, including budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
• Partner with commercial leadership to evaluate performance and develop action plans.
• Lead forecasting for marketplace channels, including revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Translate targets into daily/weekly performance goals and produce executive reporting.
• Support promotional planning, assortment strategies, pricing actions, and marketplace growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Supply Chain to optimize inventory.
• Analyze promotional effectiveness, demand uplift, and inventory liquidation opportunities.
• Develop scenario analyses and business cases for expansion and investment decisions.
• Maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools for leadership.
• Monitor accuracy of published sales, inventory, and marketplace metrics.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close with accurate journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare management reporting packages and high-level analyses of trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvements in forecasting and data quality.
