Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the International Stores FP&A team. You will support actuals reporting, long-range forecasting, quarterly guidance, and planning, working with EU, Japan, and Emerging FP&A teams, Operations, Prime, and Payments to provide timely data for leaders.

Attention to detail and proactive communication are essential as you analyze performance, develop scalable models, and identify risks and opportunities for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 3+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
• 2+ years identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
• 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science).
• 3+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience.

Responsibilities

• Work cross functionally with FP&A teams on forecasts and actual performance.
• Enhance reporting to reflect business changes and identify opportunities for scalable automation.
• Produce financial and business results including variance analyses for senior leaders.
• Own financial planning and analytics models.
• Identify, develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
• Perform real-time analysis and data support for leadership questions.
