Job summary

YETI in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with North America Amazon and Marketplace teams, owning planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management for the channel. The role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounting to drive profitable growth.

The ideal candidate builds forecasts, analyses business performance, and communicates insights to senior leadership, influencing decisions and supporting marketplace

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related finance partnering experience.
• Experience with eCommerce, Amazon, or retail markets preferred.
• Ability to build forecasts and business cases; influence decisions.
• Strong understanding of revenue, gross margin, inventory, profitability.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for North America Amazon and Marketplace channels, budgets and long-range plans.
• Provide financial analysis to support commercial decisions and investments.
• Partner with commercial leadership to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop scenarios and business cases for marketplace expansion and pricing actions.
• Maintain and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Support month-end close and executive reporting.
