Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis for G&A departments. The role emphasizes partnering with cross-functional teams and delivering actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or related role.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS/global orgs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand key drivers, headcount, vendor spend and priorities.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasts, monthly reporting and budgeting for G&A.
• Analyze results vs forecasts, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build/maintain financial models for expense planning, headcount, vendor spend, and scenarios.
• Prepare insights, dashboards, and executive summaries translating performance into business implications.
• Improve reporting efficiency via automation and AI-enabled tools (Power BI).
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications to streamline processes.
