The role is hands-on and high-ownership, ideal for an early-career professional with 2–3 years in a rigorous analytical environment and fluency in modern AI tooling. You will partner with senior leaders, drive the planning process, build AI-enhanced reporting, and prepare materials for the board, investors, and lenders, while

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a rigorous analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking)
• Experience with interpreting data to inform decision-making
• Familiarity with US GAAP is a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on decisions that matter.
• Drive the annual operating plan and long-range planning end-to-end.
• Automate reporting and AI-enabled forecasting and scenario modeling.
• Develop analyses and recommendations for the executive team and board.
• Prepare board, investor, and lender materials.
• Define and track KPIs; build dashboards and BI standards.
• Own and extend the driver-based financial model with scenarios.
• Support OpEx planning with cross-functional teams.
• Run recurring reporting and close processes.
