Job summary

80/20 is seeking an FP&A professional in the United States (Indiana/Columbia City) to own recurring reporting, forecast cycles, and variance analysis. The role collaborates with BI and finance teams to ensure accurate, automated reporting and actionable insights.

You will drive data quality, support pricing and profitability analyses, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for leadership, in a growing, possibly multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance.
• Ownership of recurring reporting or forecast cycles.
• Demonstrated experience building and running automated finance workflows.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Daily and weekly operational reporting to leadership
• Monthly management reporting and the operating review package
• Monthly variance analysis, explaining performance vs comparison periods
• Quarterly board and sponsor reporting
• Forecast and planning cycle support, including inputs and cadence
• Automate the data flow behind recurring reporting
• Partner with the BI team on data model structure and reporting infrastructure
• Drive data quality and governance – metric definitions, master data, reconciliations
• Work with stakeholders to define reporting requirements and outputs
• Apply AI across reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and automation workflows
