Job summary

Coder is looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, helping leaders make better decisions as Coder scales.

You’ll build driver-based models, pull data from multiple systems, and contribute to board materials and executive reporting. You’ll work closely with the CFO from day one in a fast-growing, AI-native environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical role.
• Ability to build auditable driver-based models from scratch.
• Experience pulling and cleaning data from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring FP&A deliverables end to end, including budget-to-actual reporting and rolling forecasts.
• Build and maintain driver-based models for revenue, headcount, and infrastructure costs.
• Perform variance analysis and present insights with business impact.
• Support quarterly cycles and annual budget by coordinating inputs and consolidating views.
• Contribute to board materials and executive reporting.
