Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, supporting planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis for G&A departments. You will partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights, improve reporting efficiency, and help guide strategic decisions using data-driven analysis.

We expect 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel modeling skills, and proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Data Analytics, or related role.
• Experience supporting G&A or corporate operations in a high-growth tech/SaaS environment preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel including financial modeling and variance analysis.
• Ability to translate financial data into clear insights for Finance and non-Finance audiences.

Responsibilities

• Understand financial drivers, operating trends, headcount plans, vendor spend, and business priorities.
• Support annual planning, quarterly forecasting, monthly reporting, and budgeting processes for G&A departments.
• Analyze results against forecasts and budgets to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support expense planning, headcount analysis, and scenario planning.
• Prepare financial insights, dashboards, and executive-ready summaries translating performance into business implications.
• Improve reporting efficiency through automation and AI-enabled tools and data visualization.
• Collaborate across FP&A, Accounting, IT, People, Legal, Real Estate, Communications, and the broader business to streamline processes.
