You will mentor junior analysts, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and help strengthen financial controls while communicating effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business partners.

Aufgaben

• Analyze financial performance, key drivers, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to support operational decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Clearly understand interdependencies of financial statements and communicate financial implications to stakeholders.
• Review financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and meaningful interpretation.
• Explain complex variances and emerging trends to management.
• Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, including supporting analysis to inform future investments.
• Perform detailed variance and sensitivity analyses, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets and proactively flag issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Strengthen financial controls, documentation, and reporting consistency.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Financial Analyst II or junior team members.
• Leads business partners through ambiguity and articulates interrelations of business systems and processes.
