SSOE Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst III to partner with executives and lead analysis, forecasting, and modeling that guide strategic decisions. The role demands autonomy, deep financial acumen, and the ability to translate results into actionable business recommendations.

You’ll work across functional lines to support budgeting, close, and governance while mentoring junior analysts and driving process improvements for scalable finance operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business partners.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial performance, drivers, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Partner with business leaders to support operational decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
• Explain financial implications to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
• Review financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and meaningful interpretation.
• Explain complex variances and emerging trends to management.
• Assist with the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets, including supporting analysis to inform future investments.
• Perform detailed variance and sensitivity analyses, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Monitor performance against targets and proactively flag issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Strengthen financial controls, documentation, and reporting consistency.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Financial Analyst II or junior team members.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and special projects requiring advanced financial analysis.
• Serve as a role model for analytical rigor, accountability, and continuous improvement.
