Qualifications

- 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business partners.
Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance, drivers, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Partner with business leaders to support operational decisions, investments, and strategic initiatives.
- Explain complex variances and emerging trends to management and stakeholders.
- Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and modeling, including supporting analysis for future investments.
