Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A for Admin, Transaction & Broker Fees to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis within CVS Health's Pharmacy Services business. You will partner with finance leadership to ensure accurate fee reporting and insightful financial insights.

In this role you will build financial models, perform driver-based analyses, and deliver clear management reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional work experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with large data sets; Tableau experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze fee structures and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plan, multi-year plan, and quarterly forecasts for Admin Fees, Transaction Fees, and Broker Fees.
• Perform monthly variance analysis, identifying drivers like client mix, volume, and rate changes.
• Build and maintain financial models for fee analytics and scenario planning.
• Prepare reporting packages for fee-related financials for leadership review.
• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and special projects as directed.
