Alba Wheels Up International is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Valley Stream, NY, offering a hybrid in-office presence. The role centers on driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate has a finance or related degree with 3–5 years in FP&A, accounting, or analytics, plus strong Excel, ERP, and communication skills to engage senior stakeholders and guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, accounting, or related analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel, ERP systems experience, and strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process with executive leadership.
• Lead financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership with clear insights.
• Manage month-end close deliverables, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Act as a business partner to Commercial, Operations, and Accounting to align priorities.
• Identify and drive process improvements and automation in budgeting and reporting.

What You'll Do

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, partnering directly with department and executive leadership to build accurate, actionable financial plans and forecast
• Lead financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership, translating results into clear insights and recommendations
• Lead month end close deliverables, including reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as a key business partner to Commercial, Operations, and Accounting, building relationships and driving alignment on financial priorities
• Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives across budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and special projects for the business and leadership

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Advanced excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERP, strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Curiosity to learn the logistics and customs brokerage industry, with interest in growing into broader financial leadership
