Job summary

Alba Wheels Up International, LLC is seeking an FP&A Analyst in Valley Stream, NY. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions and operational excellence in international logistics.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare variance analyses, and assist with month-end close while mapping data to business outcomes. A strong Excel skillset and curiosity about the logistics industry are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
• Strong Excel skills, with familiarity with financial systems/ERP and PowerPoint a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Clear communicator, comfortable presenting findings to cross functional stakeholders
• Curiosity to learn the logistics and customs brokerage industry, and what drives the business forward
• A growth mindset, with interest in taking on greater scope and responsibility over time

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget and quarterly forecast process, partnering with department leaders to build accurate and timely financial plans and forecast
• Prepare and maintain recurring financial reporting and variance analysis for leadership review
• Assist with month end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and close reporting support
• Partner cross functionally with Commercial, Operations, and Accounting to gather data, validate assumptions, and ensure reporting accuracy
• Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned by leadership
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve recurring reporting and forecasting processes
