nVent is seeking a Finance professional to join its Commercial Finance team in Minnesota. The role supports core financial processes, collaborates with general managers, and drives predictable, profitable growth through data-driven recommendations and strategic analysis.
The ideal candidate has a BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years in FP&A or corporate finance, and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, OneStream XF (or similar). MBA or CPA/CMA is desirable, with a hybrid work model in place.

nVent’s pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee’s work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.
Compensation Range: $76,000.00 - $141,100.00 Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
