Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field plus manufacturing leadership experience.
• 4–10 years of progressively responsible leadership in heavy manufacturing or foundry environments.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates manufacturing operations, safety, quality, and maintenance.
• Sets priorities and ensures production plans meet customer requirements.
• Reviews performance data and drives continuous improvement and cost reductions.
• Partners with HR on workforce planning, training, and performance management.
