Leadout Capital seeks a Forward Deployed Consultant to own end‑to‑end client engagement from business case to go‑live across automated processes. You will quantify ROI, map multi‑year roadmaps, and advise enterprise leaders on achieving rapid value through AI agents and prompt design.

You will lead discovery, design, and delivery, balancing strategic direction with execution, and ensuring smooth handoffs to partners and client teams while managing risks and KPIs.

Formación

• 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Forward Deployed roles, Strategic or Management Consulting, Product Management, Process Automation, or Business Analysis.
• Domain depth in supply chain, ERP, or finance operations processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, AP/AR, supplier onboarding).
• Hands‑on experience building AI or agent‑based automation, including prompt design and iteration.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic advisory and business case development for enterprise stakeholders with KPIs and ROI.
• Lead blueprint design and rapid value proof with end‑to‑end automation across core processes (ERP-involved).
• Translate goals into PRDs and acceptance criteria; deliver in continuous build loops; manage go‑live through cutover.
