Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the most complex customer engagements and technical workstreams in ambiguous situations.
• Build deep understanding of customer architecture and influence technical approach.
• Act as a trusted technical counterpart to customer and internal leaders during tradeoffs and risk decisions.
• Lead architectural design for customer-facing solutions and platform capabilities across teams.
• Write and review production-grade code, troubleshoot complex failures, and maintain high quality standards.
• Identify systemic issues and drive durable fixes to improve outcomes across engagements.
