MongoDB is hiring Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own technical outcomes end to end, from discovery to production rollout, for enterprise customers.
You will work remotely across the United States (East Coast) and partner with product and engineering teams to translate field learnings into reusable capabilities.
Senior Forward Deployed Engineers (FDE) sit at the intersection of enterprise customer environments and a fast-moving internal product. They partner directly with customers to design, build, troubleshoot, and improve production solutions, and they are ultimately accountable for helping customers get to production.
This role is best suited for engineers who want to own technical outcomes end to end: understanding what a customer is trying to build, shipping the integration, and feeding learnings back into the product roadmap.
This role will be based remotely in the United States (East Coast).

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package.
MongoDB’s base salary range for this role in the U.S. is: $126,000 — $248,000 USD.
