Job summary

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
• Strong skills in a modern language such as Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers to understand workflows, systems, security requirements, and business goals.
• Turn complex customer problems into scalable solution designs and reference architectures.
• Build and ship custom integrations across Workfront components and adjacent systems.
• Investigate production issues from data models to automation and performance.
• Lead architecture workshops, health checks, and technical deep dives with customers.
• Mentor engineers in the pod and document decisions and learnings.
