Job summary

Adobe Workfront is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to join a cross-functional pod embedded with strategic customers in Lehi, UT. You will design scalable integrations, mentor engineers, and drive end-to-end delivery from discovery to expansion.

You will work across Workfront Workflow, Planning, Fusion, and adjacent systems, applying AI-assisted tools to prototype and deliver robust solutions while shaping product direction.

Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years in software engineering, solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering.
• Strong ability to design scalable integrations and reference architectures.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading in cross-functional pods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with strategic customers to understand workflows, security requirements, and business goals.
• Turn complex problems into scalable solution designs and prototypes.
• Build and ship custom integrations across Workfront and adjacent systems.
• Investigate and resolve production issues including data models, automation, and performance.
• Lead architecture workshops, health checks, and technical deep dives with customers.
• Prototype quickly using AI-assisted tools and iterate on designs.
• Feed learnings back to product and engineering to influence roadmap.
• Own the technical relationship from discovery to go-live and expansion.
