The role involves leading technical design, building and deploying production-grade systems, and providing immediate feedback on product implementation. Ideal candidates will have over 6 years of software development experience, strong skills in Python, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in shaping Middesk's deployment quality and operational standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping software in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a technical lead or domain owner.
• Strong proficiency in Python and one additional language (TypeScript, Go, etc.).
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and technical design for customer‑facing systems.
• Own deployments end‑to‑end: from architecture to rollout and monitoring.
• Build and operate AI-driven systems in customer workflows.
• Act as a tight feedback loop between customers and product teams.
