This role involves deep engagement with enterprise clients, requiring strong software engineering skills and the ability to work autonomously. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in regulated environments. You will take ownership of projects from inception to deployment, working directly with C-suite executives to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably with legacy systems.
• Customer-facing technical experience in a regulated environment.
• Ability to read, write, and debug production code across multiple languages.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise partners to deploy Glover's platform.
• Serve as primary technical contact for customer stakeholders.
• Translate customer legacy environments into deployment strategies.
• Build custom integrations between Glover's platform and customer systems.
• Own project outcomes with minimal oversight.
• Represent Glover credibly in the field.
