Job summary

Hubs is seeking a hands-on Sr. Forward Deployed Strategist to build our Applied AI team from the ground up and lead engagements with design partners and key customers.

You’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions, influencing product direction while working with senior leadership at partner organizations. The role demands operating in ambiguity with rapid iteration and close collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Operator with execution-level experience delivering business outcomes.
• 3+ years in business operations; strategy or consulting is a plus.
• Strong business analysis and systems thinking.
• Ability to move across an organization, align stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Excellent facilitation and executive-level communication skills.
• Comfortable in small, fast-moving teams with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Native level Spanish or Portuguese is required.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions in real business environments.
• Masters or equivalent experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop deployment strategies for design partners and understand their goals.
• Collaborate across partner and internal teams to convert goals into AI solutions.
• Map current processes and design the future state.
• Build relationships with partner organizations from execs to staff and act as trusted AI advisor.
• Feed field learnings back into the product roadmap.
