Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Infrastructure & Deployments, to own end-to-end delivery of complex customer deployments. You will design cloud-native patterns, implement MCP servers, and ensure secure, scalable integrations within customers’ environments.

The role emphasizes hands-on production work, partnership with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Product, and involves working across AI, infrastructure, data, and customer context.

Qualifications

• Production engineering experience delivering production systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled, agentic workflows or tools.
• Strong AWS and Terraform experience, including VPC, IAM, security controls.
• Solid Python development and API/async service patterns.
• Experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, S3 or similar data platforms.
• Comfort designing for data isolation and regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions inside customer environments, including MCP servers and agentic workflows.
• Own the infrastructure layer for deployments with Terraform-managed AWS, VPC, IAM, and security controls.
• Work with data at scale across Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, and S3, debugging and improving performance.
• Lead technical engagement with customer stakeholders, communicating progress and risks clearly.
• Translate field learnings into reusable deployment patterns and governance inputs.
