Job summary

Komodo Health is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Infrastructure & Deployments to own end-to-end delivery for complex customer engagements—architecture through deployment inside a customer cloud, data infrastructure, and compliance environment.

This deeply technical role requires production code, cloud-native deployment patterns, MCP servers, and close collaboration with customers to translate requirements, surface risks, and build scalable solutions in production.

Qualifications

• Production-grade software running in production environments.
• Expertise building LLM-powered applications and agentic workflows.
• Strong AWS and Terraform experience, with secure multi-tenant deployments.
• Deep Python development for APIs and asynchronous services.
• Experience with Databricks/Delta Lake and data platforms.
• Ability to navigate compliance constraints like SOC 2, HIPAA.
• Excellent communication with customer engineers and stakeholders.
• Comfort working across infra, app, data, and AI layers in ambiguous settings.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions inside customer environments.
• Own infrastructure layer for deployments including Terraform-managed AWS environments.
• Work with data at scale across Databricks, Delta Lake, Snowflake, and S3.
• Drive day-to-day technical engagement with customer stakeholders by scoping work, communicating progress, and surfacing risks.
• Turn field learnings into reusable FDE patterns, deployment templates, and engineering standards.
