Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied engineering experience, including AI/ML roles.
• LLM depth with advanced prompt engineering and delivery patterns.
• Production-grade RAG systems including retrieval, grounding, ranking, and guardrails.
• Workflow-centric AI design with agentic systems and multi-step AI workflows.
• Strong systems and performance orientation across APIs, services, and cloud-native patterns.
• Full-stack and infrastructure skills: Python/Java, Azure/AWS/GCP, CI/CD.
• Client-facing experience and ability to work with stakeholders when requirements are unclear.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Work with client teams to understand requirements and build AI solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production-grade generative AI and agentic solutions.
• Solve complex technical problems through coding, debugging, testing and design remediation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, workflows, and user stories.
• Contribute to system design across services, data flows, security, and integrations.
• Add evaluation, monitoring, and safety checks to solutions.
• Support delivery through estimation, documentation, status updates, and risk identification.
• Contribute reusable code and demonstrations to proposals and the practice.
• Utilize AI-assisted engineering tools as part of delivery.
