The role blends hands-on coding with strategic guidance across multiple tech disciplines. You will explore reusable patterns, platform primitives, and strong customer leadership, while collaborating with diverse teams and maintaining a results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of applied engineering experience including AI/ML roles.
• Deep understanding of LLMs and generation delivery patterns.
• Experience building production-grade RAG systems with grounding and guardrails.
• Familiarity with agentic systems and multi-step AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Work with client teams to understand requirements and build AI solutions.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support production-grade AI systems.
• Translate business needs into technical designs, APIs, and workflows.
• Contribute to system design across services, data flows, and security controls.
• Add evaluation, monitoring, and safety checks to solutions.
• Support delivery through estimation, documentation, and risk identification.
• Contribute reusable code and demonstrations to proposals and practice.
