Job summary

INTech is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to translate complex business problems into enterprise AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will identify high-value use cases, shape the solution, build it, and help deploy it into production.

You will work across data, analytics, cloud, and AI, leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and related platforms to deliver AI-powered outcomes and reporting. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery and client-facing leadership.

We’re partnering with a well-established and quickly growing data, analytics, and AI consulting firm to hire a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer who can take complex business problems and turn them into working enterprise AI solutions.

As the Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, you’ll work directly with enterprise clients to identify high-value use cases, shape the solution, build it, and help put it into production.

You’ll join a successful global consulting organization with industry recognition for its work across data, analytics, cloud, and AI including Microsoft Azure and Fabric, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, and emerging AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with enterprise stakeholders to uncover business problems that can be solved through AI, automation, and data.
• Design, build, and productionize AI and agentic AI solutions from discovery through deployment.
• Build solutions including AI-powered reporting, natural-language data experiences, intelligent agents, and process automation.
• Develop within Microsoft Fabric and the broader Microsoft data and AI ecosystem, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Lead discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand workflows, pain points, and business objectives.
• Turn ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and executable delivery plans.
• Own the development of AI and Fabric Data Agent solutions while partnering with data engineering and platform teams.
• Validate solutions directly with users and continually refine them based on business outcomes.
• Communicate technical and AI concepts clearly to senior business stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, acceptance criteria, documentation, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with AI and agentic AI.
• Proven ability to independently build and productionize AI solutions, not simply prototype them.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, or a comparable enterprise data and AI platform.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with an ability to understand how businesses actually operate.
• Experience working directly with enterprise stakeholders in a consulting, solutions engineering, forward deployed, or client-facing technical role.
• Comfortable working in environments where the problem may not be fully defined when you arrive.
• Strong discovery, analytical, and requirements-development skills.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Domain Experience

Deep knowledge in at least one enterprise business function is highly valuable, including:

• Finance
• HR
• Legal
• Procurement
• Marketing

Experience with Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or Power BI is also valuable.
