Accenture is seeking a Forward-Deployed AI Engineer Sr Manager who will lead hands-on AI engagements with clients, designing, prototyping, deploying, and scaling end-to-end AI solutions. You will work with platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, SAP, ServiceNow, and Salesforce, translating ambiguous needs into production workflows while ensuring security and governance.

You will partner with product teams, clients, and internal teams to drive architecture, API orchestration, and enterprise

Qualifications

10+ years software engineering, production systems experience
2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
Experience with workflow orchestration and agent frameworks
Experience with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP)
10+ years translating business needs into technical designs
10+ years client-facing communication & delivery in large orgs

Responsibilities

Understand client problems and shape AI use cases with technical solutions
Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs with enterprise platforms
Prototype, iterate, and deploy AI-enabled workflows and automations
Serve as technical bridge between product, engineering, data, and business stakeholders
Drive solution architecture: prompts, workflows, API integrations, governance
Own solutions from concept to production and iteration
Provide technical leadership for secure, scalable AI deployment
