Qualifications

• S. Engineering degree with 5+ years of proven experience in formulation processing development or manufacturing.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset with risk assessment and HSE excellence.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams in dynamic environments and delivering on time and budget.
• Understanding end-to-end product development and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation scale-up from lab to full-scale manufacturing with safety and environmental considerations.
• Define process scope in CP capital projects and evaluate equipment specifications.
• Progress projects to increase capacity, quality and reduce costs at CP sites or bulk supply chain.
• Develop procedures, train operating teams, and share best practices.
