Job summary

The candidate will design trials, develop processes, and oversee batch production and documentation for regulatory submissions, with on-site work at Whippany, NJ.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical Development; solid dosage forms experience.
• One year experience in solid dosage forms development; hands-on blending, compression, wet granulation, coating, encapsulation.

Responsibilities

• Designs formulations and conducts formulation trials using pharmaceutical techniques.
• Develops manufacturing processes and makes prototype batches for clinical materials.
• Leads production of engineering, registration and scale-up batches.
• Supports technical transfer and validation activities.
• Collaborates with Analytical Development, Project Management, Quality, and clients to meet timelines.
• Prepares technical documents to support IND, NDA, and ANDA submissions.
