AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking a Senior Chemical Process Engineer for an onsite role in High Point, NC. You will lead design, optimization, and scale-up of chemical manufacturing processes, supporting technology transfer and process safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in chemical processing, strong CAD/P&ID skills, and a solid background in process control and documentation. Relocation coverage and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years experience in chemical processing industry or comparable manufacturing experience.
• Experience in process engineering, design, optimization, or development within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Ability to author and interpret CAD drawings and P&IDs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to relocate and work onsite in High Point, NC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize chemical manufacturing processes to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Perform daily field walks to verify equipment status and support commissioning.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions for issues.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement process and equipment changes.
• Translate lab-scale R&D to commercial manufacturing during tech transfer.
• Write and maintain batch procedures and manufacturing documentation.
