ROCKWOOL Byhalia, MS is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator-Format/Milling for a 6:00PM - 6:30AM shift with rotating days off on a 2-2-3 basis. The role involves operating, troubleshooting, and maintaining machines in a fast-paced manufacturing plant.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of machine operator experience, and strong mechanical aptitude. The position offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in machine set-up and operation.
• 2+ years of machine operator experience.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
• Practical knowledge of a continuous flow automated manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains all machines including sanding, shaping, and cutting.
• Performs visual inspection of raw materials entering the area and verifies quality leaving the area.
• Uses measurement tools to verify production is within specifications.
• Cooperates in the operation of fleece applying devices with related machines.
• Works in a fast-paced, high-volume production facility with PPE and safety procedures.
