ROCKWOOL is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Operator-Format/Milling at our Byhalia, MS facility. The role runs 6:00 PM–6:30 AM with a rotating 2-2-3 schedule in a fast-paced, continuous-flow manufacturing environment.

You will operate, troubleshoot, and maintain sanding, shaping, and cutting equipment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2+ years in machine operation, and strong reading of specs along with measurement tool proficiency.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years machine operator experience.
• Experience in a continuous flow automated manufacturing process.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and product specifications.
• Ability to lift up to 60–120 pounds with assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Operates, troubleshoots, and maintains machines (sanding, shaping, cutting).
• Visually inspects raw materials and finished products for quality.
• Uses measurement tools to verify production in spec.
• Supports fleece applying device operation with machines and installations.
• Works in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
