Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Form Carpenter Foreman to lead crew activities for erecting and setting forms for concrete structures on industrial sites. The role requires reading drawings, ensuring elevations, and managing formwork with a focus on safety and quality.

You will oversee carpentry tasks, assist with rebar placement, and coordinate with foremen to maintain project schedules. This position offers full-time hours, travel to project sites, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret measuring tools such as tape measure and framing square for accuracy.
• Assist in setting and placement of forms to proper elevations and location.
• Experience and/or exposure in setting and erecting forms using various materials and forming systems.
• Assist in marking, cutting, and assembly lines on materials; shape materials to prescribed measurements.
• Assist in general Carpentry tasks (barricades, decks, shelves) and site duties.
• Place/tie rebar and assist in placing and finishing concrete.
