Job summary

MasTec Industrial is seeking a Form Carpenter Foreman to lead formwork for vertical and horizontal concrete structures on industrial sites. You will interpret drawings, set forms to elevations, place reinforcing, and coordinate with foremen to maintain safety and schedule.

The role requires 4+ years of related experience, NCCER certification preferred, and at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Expect long hours, travel to project sites, and a strong focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• NCCER Certification/License (preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supervisory role

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret measuring tools to perform tasks accurately
• Assist in setting and placement of forms to proper elevations and location
• Work with forming systems for vertical and horizontal concrete forming
• Handle general carpentry tasks and site duties as needed
• Assist in placing/tying rebar and finishing concrete
• Disassemble, remove and clean form materials
• Work with foreman and follow safety guidelines
