Forcepersonnelok is seeking an experienced concrete form carpenter to build, install, brace, and strip forms for commercial and industrial pours. This full-time role requires basic carpentry, accurate layouts, and safe outdoor work on active sites.

The ideal candidate reads a tape measure, follows layouts, and delivers high-quality formwork while adhering to OSHA safety procedures and maintaining a clean, organized jobsite.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with concrete formwork or rough carpentry.
• Able to read and follow project layouts accurately.
• Good attention to detail and jobsite safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Build wood or metal forms for footings, walls, slabs, and columns.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install formwork per specs.
• Brace forms securely and align to dimensions and elevations.
• Inspect forms before pours and adjust as needed.
• Strip and remove forms after concrete sets; prep for reuse.
• Operate hand and power tools safely; maintain a clean site.
