Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to build the Forge agentic platform. You will work across orchestration, multi-agent coordination, MCP server design, RAG pipelines, and safety primitives in production.

The role emphasizes agent memory, inter-agent trust, cost attribution at scale, and compliant, safe-by-design tooling in a regulated industry. Remote US-based with impact across life sciences AI workflows.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of software engineering and production work on LLM-powered or agentic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build agents across the Forge chain and set design patterns.
• Own multi-agent coordination architecture and recovery across the agent graph.
• Evolve the MCP server layer with tool schemas, contracts, and versioning.
• Design agent memory and state management across complex workflows.
• Own agent quality end-to-end with eval harnesses and benchmarks.
• Instrument observability and cost attribution for each run.
