Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) is a national engineering and scientific investigation firm. We offer opportunities to lead field investigations, perform forensic analyses, and guide clients on residential, commercial, and industrial structures.

The Senior Staff Consultant role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, 4+ years of structural experience, and proficiency with SAP2000/RISA/AutoCAD/Revit, with PE preferred or attainable within 2 years.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Civil Engineering required.
• MS degree in Civil / Structural Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop local clients and projects in the construction industry by working with regional staff and ESi's Civil/Structural Practice.
• Participate in business development activities including client meetings and presentations to grow the client base.
• Represent ESi professionally to expand the Civil/Structural presence across markets.
• Partner with peers across ESi disciplines to pursue cross-functional projects.
• Perform field inspections to determine causes of damage and provide repair recommendations.
• Prepare clear technical reports, exhibits, and expert opinions for litigation or insurance matters.
