The role functions as a working lead for forensic activities, coordinating with jails, CSCD, courts, LMHAs and partners to ensure continuity of care and timely interventions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Human Services field such as psychology, sociology, social work, rehabilitation, counseling, or related areas.
• Licensed Registered Nurses are eligible for this position.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily Jail Match activities and follow up.
• Facilitate continuity of care coordination with LMHAs and community partners.
• Provide jail-based screening when needed.
• Oversee forensic cases involving CSCD, court conditions, and NGRI proceedings.
• Track court-related requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
